Tash has over a decade of experience in the Workers Compensation Industry as not only a case manager across multiple different scheme agents in both NSW and WA, but as a Workers Compensation Consultant, and brings with her a wealth of case management knowledge across all of our nations different sets of legislation. This, coupled with her passion and drive for helping businesses get their Workers Compensation Program under control, places Tash in a position to be able to swiftly assess and manage claims to the desired resolution to mitigate the effects on your businesses productivity and also effectively reduce the resultant premium impact. Tash also has over 2 decades of customer service, conflict resolution and relationship management experience which she has finely tuned into being able to deliver the best results for our clients.

​Throughout her career, Tash has worked with clients in several different industries, including but not limited to transport & logistics, manufacturing, all aspects of construction including labour hire, through to aged & disability care, providing her with a wealth of understanding of the intricate challenges each business and its respective industry faces.

MICHAEL HUXLEY

Principal

Michael has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry and prides himself on providing professional advice, sales, and service to regional businesses, both large and small.

As a principal advisor of LHB Insurance Services in Tamworth, Port Macquarie, and Newcastle, Michael's comprehensive experience encompasses underwriting, claims, insurance broking, and business development.

In 2003, Michael worked in London at Aon as an Account Manager, engaging with multinational global accounts, including Toyota and General Motor Worldwide Insurance Programs. Michael then opened a GIO agency on the North Coast in 2008, joining the Insurance House AR network after six years and subsequently moving into a permanent employee role. From 2021, Michael's aspirations, passion for success, and commitment to people have led to business ownership once again. 2025 brings the evolvement of fruitful partnerships and further commitment to the insurance industry.

Michael is dedicated to developing a professional team of insurance specialists to deliver their best and working alongside business owners to educate them about potential risks & provide the best options to protect what they have worked so hard to create.

Michael's downtime is spent motorbike riding and soaking up life on the coast with his family.​

Account Executive

Nikki is an accomplished workers’ compensation professional with over 20 years’ experience working with leading scheme agents. She has held roles in case management, technical advisory, and leadership, providing her with a broad perspective on both the operational and strategic aspects of the industry. Nikki is highly skilled in claims management, compliance, and process improvement, and is committed to delivering efficient, fair, and client-focused outcomes. Her experience spans working with corporate, small, medium, and micro employers, enabling her to offer tailored solutions that address the distinct needs of each business.

Nikki has managed complex psychological claims portfolios, demonstrating expertise in sensitive and high-impact areas of workers’ compensation. She is recognised for her strengths in compliance, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement, consistently delivering solutions that balance regulatory requirements with client needs. Nikki is passionate about supporting safer workplaces, driving innovation, and fostering collaboration within the industry. Her ability to interpret complex legislative frameworks and implement best practices has established her as a trusted advisor in the workers’ compensation sector.

Outside of work, Nikki enjoys spending time with her children, staying active at the gym, and attending live music events and festivals.
